What Poke Does

- Blocks apps using Apple's Family Controls

- Connects you with accountability partners

- Lets partners approve/deny break requests

- Tracks screen time (optional)

Your Account

- Sign in with Apple ID required

- You get a unique 6-digit friend code

- Keep your account secure

Rules

You can:

- Use Poke for personal screen time management

- Connect with friends and family

- Share screen time data if you choose

You can't:

- Harass or abuse other users

- Try to bypass app blocks

- Share false information

- Use Poke for illegal purposes

Partnerships

- Partners can approve or deny your break requests

- You can end partnerships anytime

- Break requests expire if not answered

- Partners only see what you choose to share

Subscriptions

- Some features require Pro subscription

- Billing handled through App Store

- Cancel anytime in App Store settings
